Applebees nutrition information for menu items is something many like to know before ordering when dining out.  The good news is that good Applebees nutrition selections are also very tasty.

With a wide variety of menu choices, plus the fact that they have brought in a number of Weight Watcher selections, you’re sure to be able to find something that will fit both your taste and your nutritional guidelines.

Applebee’s Honey Grilled Salmon

At 555 calories, just over 10 grams of fat and 47 grams of protein, this is one of our favorite dishes at Applebees.

Low Fat Garlic Chicken Pasta

Pasta is great, and this great tasting pasta dish comes in at only 532 calories, 10.3 grams of fat and 76 carbs, while delivering 34 grams of protein.  Yummy.

Chicken Fajita Rollup

I love anything that comes in a tortilla, and this is another favorite that fits our Applebees nutrition yardstick.  Coming in at 642 calories, 11 grams of fat and 54 grams of protein, the chicken fajita rollup is an excellent choice.

Low Fat Blackened Chicken Salad

Salads are great, and this one is also pretty nutritious.  At 538 calories and 12.5 grams of fat, it won’t blow your diet.  In addition, it has 46 grams of protein, good selection.
